(CCS® — DOC) TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Last updated — 13 July 2026 · Draft pending legal review

These Terms govern access to the Concorde Systems platform and each of its five proprietary products — DECODER, ASSIST, STATION, HORIZON, and FOG. Because the products do different jobs (ingestion, AI answers, CMMS, analytics, and deployment), several sections below apply per-product on top of the general terms.

001.

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between PT. Maestro Imperium Teknologi, an Indonesian private company operating the Concorde Systems platform (“Concorde”, “we”), and the company or person accessing our services (“Customer”, “you”). By accessing the website, starting a pilot, or signing an order form that references these Terms, you agree to them on behalf of your organization and confirm that you have authority to do so.

The Concorde platform is offered business-to-business. It is not directed at consumers or at individuals under 18 years of age.

002.

Definitions

  • 01.“Platform” — the Concorde software suite consisting of the five proprietary products DECODER, ASSIST, STATION, HORIZON, and FOG, together with related documentation and support.
  • 02.“Customer Data” — files, documents, sensor streams, logs, images, and any other data you upload to or connect with the Platform.
  • 03.“Knowledge Graph” — the structured representation of Customer Data produced by DECODER for your workspace.
  • 04.“Output” — any answer, citation, work order, forecast, report, or other material generated by the Platform from Customer Data.
  • 05.“Order Form” — a mutually signed document (including a pilot agreement) describing scope, fees, and deployment model.
003.

DECODER — ingestion & knowledge graph terms

DECODER ingests Customer Data (including PDF manuals, spreadsheets, CAD drawings, SCADA and ERP exports, photos, and chat exports) and links it into a Knowledge Graph. You warrant that you have the legal right to submit the data you ingest — including third-party manuals and drawings — and that ingestion does not violate any confidentiality obligation or third-party license you are bound by.

The Knowledge Graph derived from Customer Data belongs to you. The parsing, extraction, and graph-construction technology, models, and pipelines belong to Concorde. We do not use your Customer Data to train models made available to other customers unless you agree to it in writing.

004.

ASSIST — AI answers, citations & human oversight

ASSIST answers questions by traversing your Knowledge Graph and citing retrieved sources. Where nothing relevant is retrieved, ASSIST is designed to refuse rather than guess. Outputs are nevertheless machine-generated and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

For any action that could affect safety, equipment integrity, production, compliance, or people — lockout/tagout, restart sequences, chemical handling, electrical work, and similar — Outputs must be verified by a qualified person against the controlling procedure before acting. ASSIST supports your technicians; it does not replace your permit-to-work system, your standard operating procedures, or your judgment.

005.

STATION — CMMS & operational records

STATION provides work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, inspections, and parts inventory. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records your team enters and for configuring approval flows that match your internal controls.

Where STATION records are used to satisfy regulatory or audit obligations, you remain the party responsible for those obligations; Concorde provides the tooling and reasonable data export on request.

006.

HORIZON — analytics & forecasts

HORIZON produces trends, KPIs (such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE), roll-ups, and predictive indicators computed from Customer Data. Forecasts are statistical estimates, not guarantees of future performance, and should not be the sole basis for financial, safety, or staffing decisions.

007.

FOG — deployment, infrastructure & integrations

FOG delivers the Platform to cloud, private cloud, on-premises, or edge environments and integrates with your ERP, SCADA, and historian systems. Deployment scope, hardware responsibility, network prerequisites, and security boundaries are defined per Order Form.

For on-premises and air-gapped deployments, you are responsible for the physical and network security of your environment; we are responsible for the security of the software we ship into it. License keys and deployment artifacts may not be transferred outside the licensed site without written consent.

008.

Accounts & acceptable use

  • 01.Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your workspace accounts.
  • 02.Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract models, prompts, or source code from the Platform.
  • 03.Do not use the Platform to violate law, infringe third-party rights, or process data you have no right to process.
  • 04.Do not resell, sublicense, or provide service-bureau access to the Platform without an agreement that permits it.
  • 05.Do not probe or test the vulnerability of the Platform except under an agreed security-testing scope.
009.

Customer Data — ownership & our license

You retain all rights to Customer Data and to your Knowledge Graph. You grant Concorde a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Platform, to maintain security, and to comply with law.

On termination, we will make your Customer Data and Knowledge Graph export available for at least 30 days, then delete them from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

010.

Fees, pilots & payment

Pilot terms (including the 90-day free STATION pilot) are as described in the applicable Order Form and may be limited to one department or site. Paid fees are stated in the Order Form, are exclusive of taxes, and unless stated otherwise are non-refundable. We may update pricing for renewal periods with prior written notice.

011.

Intellectual property

Concorde and its licensors own the Platform, including all software, models, pipelines, interfaces, and documentation, protected under Indonesian law — including Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and Law No. 20 of 2016 on Marks and Geographical Indications — and international treaties. DECODER, ASSIST, STATION, HORIZON, FOG, and the Concorde marks may not be used without written permission (see Brand Assets).

Feedback you choose to give us about the Platform may be used to improve it without obligation, provided it contains no Customer Data.

012.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it uses for its own, and use it only to perform under these Terms. This obligation survives termination for five (5) years; trade secrets are protected for as long as they remain trade secrets.

013.

Third-party services

The Platform interoperates with third-party systems (for example ERP, SCADA, messaging, and GPU/AI infrastructure providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and Concorde is not responsible for them. Membership in partner programs (such as NVIDIA Inception) does not constitute an endorsement by the partner.

014.

Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant that the Platform will materially conform to its documentation under normal use. Except as expressly stated, the Platform is provided “as is”, and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Outputs are accurate or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

015.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Each party's total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid or payable by Customer in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or bodily injury caused by negligence.

016.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Concorde against third-party claims arising from Customer Data you had no right to process or from your use of the Platform in violation of law or these Terms. Concorde will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Platform, as provided by us and used as permitted, infringes Indonesian intellectual-property rights.

017.

Term, suspension & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Platform. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend access immediately where necessary to prevent security harm, unlawful use, or non-payment, and will restore access once the cause is resolved.

018.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions as amended (UU ITE), Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on Electronic Systems and Transactions (PP 71/2019), and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) where applicable.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 60 days of written notice. Failing that, disputes will be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) in Jakarta, in the Indonesian language, by one arbitrator; the award is final and binding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts for IP or confidentiality breaches.

These Terms are prepared in English and Indonesian; in case of inconsistency, the Indonesian version prevails as required by Law No. 24 of 2009.

019.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Platform or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Signed Order Forms prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
