How long does hiring take?
Roughly two weeks from first call to decision. Every stage is described on the role's own page, so you know what is coming before you start.
What should I send?
A CV as PDF, under 10 MB. A portfolio, a GitHub, or a short note about something you have built or organised helps more than a cover letter. Applications go through the form on the role page; anything you send by email is logged into the same system, under the same notice below.
Do you sponsor relocation?
For senior roles we discuss relocation to Bandung case by case. Ask early. It is easier to plan at the first call than at the offer.
Do you hire fully remote?
For some engineering roles, yes. Deployment and research roles need regular time on site, because the work is physically at the plant.
What happens to my data?
Applications go to our hiring inbox and are kept only for recruitment. Ask us to delete yours at any point and we will.

How we handle your application
We collect what you send us on this form: your name, contact details, the files you upload, the links you provide, and anything you write in the free-text fields. It is stored by our form provider and mirrored to a private hiring spreadsheet. Only people involved in hiring for the role you applied to can see it. We keep applications for up to 12 months so we can contact you if a suitable role opens, then delete them. You can ask us to correct or delete your application at any point, including before a decision, by writing to business@concordesystems.com, and we will action it and confirm in writing. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train models, and we do not share it outside Concorde Systems except where the law requires it.
Beware of recruitment scams
People do impersonate companies to defraud job seekers, and we would rather you were suspicious than sorry. Concorde Systems will never ask you for payment, a deposit, bank or card details, or copies of identity documents in order to apply, interview, or be considered. We will never ask you to buy equipment or software upfront. Every genuine message from us comes from an @concordesystems.com address, so check the domain carefully, because lookalike spellings are the usual trick. We do not conduct interviews or make offers purely over chat applications. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of the above, or simply feels wrong, do not reply to it: forward it to business@concordesystems.com and we will confirm whether it came from us.
